Exchange and return policy

Below are details of the order cancellation and/or product return policy and their terms:
The purchase on the Molanias website constitutes a distance selling transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Accordingly, a customer who purchased a product on the website may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details (whichever is later), provided that the product has not been used, has not been damaged, and has been returned in its original packaging and in new condition.

Molanias – the online store that supplies the products.
The customer – the person making the purchase, order or exchange at the aforementioned store.

Canceling a purchase transaction
A purchase transaction will be able to be canceled within an hour of completing the order for the items on the site, provided that the item has not been shipped to the customer.
The cancellation notification will be made via email via the form on the website (using the "I want to cancel my order" option) and with a valid order number. If the shipment did not go out to the customer and the notification was made in the appropriate manner, the customer will be refunded the full purchase amount to the payment method used to place the order.

If a customer wishes to cancel the purchase after an hour of placing the order, Molanias will do its best to cancel the order if it has not left the warehouse, and in any case without any obligation to cancel. In the event that the customer still wishes to cancel the order, he must wait until the package arrives at his home and carry out a credit process as detailed later in the document.

Product replacement
The customer may make only one exchange of the product received, within 14 days of receiving the package (as shown in the tracking number provided with each order), provided that the product has been used for the purpose of checking the suitability only, and not for normal use that may cause wear or damage. The exchange will be made by sending the product to the Mulanias warehouse or to another address provided by customer service.

The cost of return is at the customer's expense.

Mulanias provides size exchanges only, and does not undertake to exchange color or model.
If a customer wants to exchange a product for a product that is not the original product, in the same color ordered, they must follow the process detailed in Section 7.B of this document.

The right to exchange is granted per order only once. Exchanges of multiple items must be made centrally for each order. Different products from one order cannot be exchanged on different dates.

Conditions for returning products
The returned product must be in new condition, unused and with the original labels. Receipt of the credit and gift voucher is conditional on the product being delivered without defect and/or damage. If the product is returned not in accordance with these conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any credit (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher).

Financial credit
If the customer wants to receive a cash credit for their order, they will be presented with two options. When making the purchase and using the Molanias website, the customer acknowledges that no special treatment will be given to their case.

7.A. Monetary credit to the original payment method:
The credit will be given to the original payment method only and cannot be changed. The credit involves the deduction of commissions of 5% of the order amount + 30 NIS cancellation fees. The deduction will be made from the original transaction value (for example, returning a product costing 100 NIS will result in a refund of 65 NIS). The credit will be made to the customer when the shipment is received at the Molanias warehouse, and will be made the day after reception. The credit will appear in the customer's account up to 5 business days from the moment the credit is made. Our cancellation fee for each transaction, even if less was paid due to benefits, is 30 NIS and is not refundable, and is therefore deducted from the original transaction amount if the customer chooses this option.

7.B. Gift certificate for the Molanias store:
The voucher will be given for the original transaction amount and will allow free purchase of all Mulanias products. Receiving the voucher is conditional on sending the product by mail with a tracking number to the Mulanias warehouse in Israel. This option applies at the discretion of Mulanias and without obligation on its part to exchange for a model or product that differs from the original product in any way (including model, color, or any other difference).

Non-returnable items
It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions, coupon codes and/or end-of-season sales can be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Coupon codes
Gift code – also known as “credit”, “credit voucher”, “store voucher” or any other name used by the site operator or customer service representative indicating a voucher or coupon code that can be redeemed at the time of purchase on the site will be given and will be valid for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the voucher.

Additional clarifications
It should be noted and emphasized: Any refund/credit requires and requires the presentation of an order confirmation.

If a customer receives a defective product, Molanias will be responsible for replacing the product at its expense, provided that proof (photo or video) is sent to Molanias' customer service email address specified on the site within 48 hours of receiving the package (as shown by the tracking number).

Replacement of the product in the event of a defective product will be made at the sole discretion of Mulanias. Defective products cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the event that the customer has received a defective product, his only option is to accept a new shipment that will be provided and paid for in full by Mulanias. The replacement shipment for the defective product will be considered the first shipment for all exchanges and returns.

Molanias and the website operator reserve the exclusive right to cancel any order, without prior notice and without the need for explanation, at their discretion. If Molanias chooses to cancel the order, a full refund will be made to the customer using the payment method used to place the order. The customer confirms that he will have no claims against orders canceled by Molanias.
